Mc Kenzie Method

It is a specialised method of spine, peripheral joints and limbs.

The therapeutic programme is created based on a thorough interview and a battery of functional tests allowing for finding the source of the problem.

The aim of the therapy is to apply manual techniques (particular exercises) tailored to the patient’s needs, which reverse painful mechanical changes in the spine or joints.

A key element of the therapy is prophylactics, aimed at educating the patient on the cause of their ailment and on activities protecting them from future pain.

  • Degenerative disc diseases
