Swimming pool, sauna and gym
Entries to the pool are limited for the comfort of guests. Free tickets for designated times are collected at the main reception on the day. A swimming cap (compulsory) can be purchased from the vending machine by the pool.
Entry to the sauna is limited for the comfort of guests. Registration can be made at the Reception of the SPA.
The fitness room is available every day, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You will obtain the access code opening the door to the fitness room at the SPA Reception, after booking an appointment. Please read the regulations before starting to exercise.
ATM and currency exchange office The nearest ATM is located in the Diva SPA Hotel, at 16 Kościuszki Street, and the exchange office is located in the Perła Bałtyku Sanatorium, at Sikorskiego Street.
Parking We offer our guest 24 parking spaces (paid and unsupervised). Please do not park before the main entrance since this place is reserved for coaches and the guests who want to unpack their luggage. You can book your parking lot at the Reception Desk or at our sales department. To find information about other parking lots go to page WELCOME/PARKING on our website.
Resort Tax Climate tax depends on the Municipal Office in Kolobrzeg. For the current rate, please ask at the Main Reception.

Bicycles rental and storage We have a tandem bicycle, which you can rent for 20.00 PLN for 24 h. The deposit is 50.00 PLN. You can keep your bikes in our storage, which is located close to the swimming pool. The storage is locked with a code. Ask for it at the Reception Desk.
Guest questionnaire Please help us to improve our services. Take a few moments to fill in our questionnaire and choose the best member of our staff. The questionnaires can be found close to the lifts.
Treatment facilities, SPA Reception Desk Our treatment facilities are open from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Please bring the blue bath towel (available in your room) for wet body treatments.
Billiard and table tennis Our guests can play billiard and table tennis for free. The game tables are located close to the swimming pool. You can get the cue sticks, cue balls, and bats at the reception desk.

Facilities for children You can rent an extra bed for a child for 10 PLN per night. In the dinning hall you can get a feeding chair. Board games and chess are available at the Reception Desk.

Cultural events You can learn about the cultural events on our website in the events sections or on the noticeboard. The list is updated monthly.
Internet You can freely use our laptops, which are in the lobby. Wireless and free internet connection is available in the whole building. Ask the Reception Desk for the password.
Postal services The mail box can be found at the entrance to the building. The post man picks up letters every Friday.
Caffe It is located close to the Reception Desk. Lobby Bar and the Caffe is open daily between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Blankets During the winter season it can be delivered to you by the housekeeping team.
Doctors and nurses Doctors’ appointment hours are between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM from Monday to Friday. However in urgent cases they can be accessed at all times. A nurse is available 24/7 (tel. 559).
Swimming lessons You can book a swimming lesson at the SPA Reception Desk or directly at the swimming pool. The cost of a lesson is 50.00 PLN per 45 mins.
Luggage Storage Contact the Reception Desk of you want to store your luggage.
Waste recycling Since we care for the environment we segregate all of our waste. Recycling bins can be found on each of the floors.
Safe You can rent your space in our safe for 3.00 PLN per day.
Eating late If you cannot eat your meal during our serving hours you can order snacks at the Reception Desk. You need to ask for it a day in advance.
Club room & library It is located on the ground floor. The library is self-service. Please leave a note whenever you rent a book or give it back. This space should be peaceful and quiet. If you want to organise a louder meeting here ask the Reception Desk.
